{"id":693,"date":"2025-08-13T16:06:05","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T16:06:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uniquewall.gallery\/?page_id=693"},"modified":"2026-07-10T15:19:45","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T15:19:45","slug":"returns-and-delivery","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/uniquewall.gallery\/en\/returns-and-delivery\/","title":{"rendered":"\u3164Delivery and Returns"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We treat each artwork with care and arrange delivery based on its size, medium, materials, and framing specifics.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We agree on delivery terms with you before shipping to choose a safe and convenient method of transporting the artwork.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery within Ukraine<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver artworks throughout Kyiv and to other cities in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the size and specifics of the artwork, delivery may be carried out by the gallery&#8217;s courier, a specialized transportation service, or a postal operator.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The price and delivery time are calculated individually and depend on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the size and weight of the artwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the destination city;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the type of packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the need for insurance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the need for installation or carrying the artwork inside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before shipping, we will inform you of the final price and estimated delivery time.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Packaging of artworks<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each artwork is packaged according to its medium and construction. We use protective materials, rigid packaging, tubes, or transport crates if the artwork requires it. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For large-format, fragile, or particularly valuable artworks, we can arrange additional insurance, specialized transportation, and professional installation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Self-pickup and delivery in Kyiv<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Self-pickup or personal handover of the artwork is possible by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, you can also arrange individual delivery, a trial placement of the artwork in your interior, or installation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uniquewall Gallery arranges delivery of artworks outside Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International delivery is calculated separately for each order. We can assist with: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>professional packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insurance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation of invoices and accompanying documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs clearance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>selection of an international carrier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>production of a transport crate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>arrangement of installation in the destination country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customs duties, taxes, brokerage services, and other charges in the destination country are paid by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed separately before shipping.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International delivery time depends on the country, carrier, and duration of customs clearance.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receiving the artwork<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receipt, we recommend inspecting the outer packaging and the artwork itself in the presence of the courier or delivery service representative.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the packaging shows visible damage:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>take photos or video of the packaging before opening it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>check the condition of the artwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ask the carrier&#8217;s representative to draw up a damage report;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>notify us of the situation as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will help us promptly contact the carrier or insurance company and resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If damage could not be detected upon receipt, contact us immediately after discovering it and send photographs of the artwork and packaging.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return of artwork in proper condition<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may notify us of your wish to return a finished artwork purchased remotely within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return is possible if:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the artwork has not been used or damaged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>its original condition and appearance have been preserved;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>there are no traces of installation, soiling, or mechanical damage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the certificate of authenticity and other provided documents have been preserved;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the packaging has been preserved if it is necessary for safe return;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>there is a document or other proof of purchase of the artwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening the packaging to inspect the artwork is not considered its use.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since most of the artworks presented are original works in a single copy, replacement with a completely identical artwork may not be possible. In such a case, you may choose another artwork with an appropriate price adjustment or arrange a refund. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to arrange a return<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before shipping the artwork, contact us:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email: <a href=\"mailto:uniquewall.ua@gmail.com\">uniquewall.ua@gmail.com<\/a><br\/>Phone: +380 99 281 75 95<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In your message, specify:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the title and artist of the artwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the date of purchase;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the reason for return;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a contact phone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will agree on the method of return, address, packaging, and carrier. We do not recommend shipping the artwork without prior agreement, as improper packaging may result in damage to the artwork. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The terms and payment for return delivery are determined taking into account the reason for return and legal requirements.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return of commissioned artworks<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artworks created by individual order, personalized, or significantly modified according to characteristics agreed with the client may not be subject to return if they cannot be offered to another buyer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such orders may include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>artworks created by the artist specifically for the client;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>artworks of individual size or format;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>artworks with specially agreed colors, subject, or composition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>individual framing, modification of construction, or configuration of the artwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The terms of payment, making changes, cancellation, and refund for an individual order are agreed separately before the artist begins work or framing is produced.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damage or non-conformity<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you received a damaged artwork or the artwork does not match the agreed order, notify us and send photographs of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the artwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the damage or non-conformity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the outer and inner packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the shipping invoice, if available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will review the situation and propose an appropriate solution: professional restoration, correction of the defect, replacement of the artwork if possible, price reduction, or refund in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of returning a damaged artwork or an artwork that does not match the agreed order is borne by the gallery.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund is processed after receiving and inspecting the condition of the artwork.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funds are returned within the timeframe provided by law, using the same method by which payment was made, if technically possible.
