Misha Piskur
Misha Piskur is a Ukrainian artist, was born in 1995. Currently lives and works in the city of Rivne.
In his artistic practice, he works with painting, addressing themes of personal memory, human relationships, and emotional experience. His works are distinguished by a naive, almost childlike imagery that combines with deep psychological content. Through simple forms and a sincere visual language, the artist explores the inner world of a person, their capacity for self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and the search for joy in everyday life.
The main themes are human relationships, self-acceptance, internal stigma, memory, childhood, everyday life, and the search for inner harmony.
At the center of Mykhailo Piskur’s work is the exploration of memory as a space that shapes personality. The artist turns to childhood memories not as nostalgia, but as a source of inner balance and emotional resilience. They become the foundation of his visual language, in which simplicity, directness, and openness acquire special significance.
